I’ve been every version of you
I started as a substitute teacher. I know what it feels like to be brand new, overwhelmed, and wondering if you made the right choice. I also know what it feels like to outgrow the classroom and not know how to say it out loud.
Over 20 years I moved from teacher to director to Area Superintendent to Chief Policy and Research Officer. I've been in the classroom, in the principal's chair, in the boardroom, and at the policy table. I hold an Ed.D. from USC, an M.S. in Literacy from Cal State Fullerton, and an administrative credential. plus over a decade of leading real schools and real people.
I coach educators at every stage because I've lived every stage. And I know the difference between working hard and building a career that actually fits your life.
